Lovely lovely lovely…. hair barrettes, so girly… and super easy to make, right? Now get some cute colored ribbons and beads of your little girls’ favorite and a hair barrette findings. Start from one end of the barrette and do it according to the below steps, thread through beads and charms, done! I have to admit, I just want to have a try! Is it just for little girls? Oh, come on… Anyway, make one for your sweetheart for the coming Easter! She will be so happy to wear it!
PS: Personally, I think light-weighted wood beads can be more comfortable for little kids while wearing it.

Here is designer inspired craft that is easy and inexpensive to make. The nice thing about this particular project is that I can customize it to I liking by using whatever color beads. These DIY luckly lantern earrings take half an hour from start to finish. And you only need a few simple materials and tools which I’ve shared below. Happy crafting!
I attend a knitting group most Thursday nights and back in January our group was approached to create some tea cosies to accompany an artists exhibition that would be held in the Ulster Museum. The exhibition is being held in support of Marie Curie Cancer Care, a fantastic charity who cares for people with a terminal illness. The artists tea cosies and the ones made by the knitting groups have been donated to the charity with the aim of them being sold after the exhibition with the proceeds going to back to Marie Curie.
